VIEW TAX STATEMENTS OR PAY TAXES


Click on the link above and search by one of the 4 options available:  name, parcel/property ID, E911 address (be sure to                include the *), or section-township-range.

Two records will appear for each parcel:  current year tax info and value info (current year values for taxes payable in the following year).   

Current Year Tax
By clicking on the current year tax, you will be able to see info such as taxes, special assessments, unpaid taxes, etc. 

You can also view/print a copy of the current year tax statement as well as make an online payment using credit card, debit card, or checking or savings account. (If you are unable to print the PDF Statement, please call the Auditor-Treasurer's office 507-237-4070 or email sctreasurer@sibleycounty.gov and we can send you a copy.)

To make an electronic payment, click on 'Pay by Credit Card'. The option of paying the current, full, or partial amount will be available. Clicking on 'Check Out' will take you to the Point and Pay site to complete your payment (use the drop down box under Payment Information to select credit/debit card or electronic check).

Value Info
By clicking on the value info, you will be able to view current year values for taxes payable the following year, special assessments, ditch info, and view/print the current year value notice.  (If you are unable to print the PDF Valuation Notice, please call the Auditor-Treasurer's office 507-237-4070 or email sctreasurer@sibleycounty.gov and we can send you a copy.)

Due Dates For Property Taxes       

**Second half residential/non-ag property tax payments must be post-marked no later than October 16th, 2023. 

Property Taxes are due on the following dates:

REAL ESTATE: First Half is due May 15
REAL ESTATE: Commercial - Second Half is due October 15
REAL ESTATE: Residential - Second Half is due October 15*
REAL ESTATE: Agricultural - Second Half is due November 15
*Check your tax statement to verify if your property is classified as Residential or Agricultural.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Total amount is due May 15

MOBILE HOME: First Half is due August 31
MOBILE HOME: Second Half is due November 15

Your mailed payment must be postmarked by the due date or a penalty will apply per MN statute.  (If the tax due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the next business day is the due date.)   

Note: Starting in 2011, if your Real Estate tax amount is $100 and under, the full amount is due on the first half payment date. Your first half tax stub on your statement will have the full amount due, your second half tax stub will be blank.

For Mobile Homes, if the tax is under $50, the full amount is due August 31.
