Sheriff
The Sheriff's Office provides a full range of law enforcement services to the residents of Sibley County. These services include patrolling the 588 square miles of Sibley County, investigation of crimes, incarceration of sentenced and unsentenced individuals and civil process matters. These duties are provided by over 30 highly dedicated full time and part time deputies, dispatchers, corrections officers and clerical staff members.
The Sheriff's Office is responsible for 17 townships, as well as providing contract police services for the cities of New Auburn and Green Isle. Sibley County also provides part time contract police services for the communities of Winthrop and Arlington.
